[TN-Butterflies] Re: Polygonia faunus, or ragged poser?

Sure looks like a Green to me with the double spots on the forewing above
and the greenish area below. The wings edges are certainly jagged enough,
and the time of year is right. The only one I've ever seen was about this
time of year, late August, and it was in a very wet area, basking in some
muddy leaf litter and later on a leaf in the sun.

Wow, a really nice find.
