This morning I had a rare visitor to my sunflower seed feeder in west Knox
County, TN: a pine warbler (had one coming regularly a few years ago but don't
think I've seen one in the yard since). In addition to my wire thistle feeder
I had hung two thistle socks when Pine Siskins started showing up. This
afternoon all three were covered with siskins and a few goldfinches and more
siskins were under the feeder on the ground. I counted 27+ Pine Siskins.

Birded the Cove at Concord Park from 10:45 a.m. to 12:10 pm (would have started
sooner but had a hard time tearing myself away from the feeders). Bird of the
Day was a male Rusty Blackbird feeding on the ground with a large flock of
robins. Saw my first Brown Creeper of the year (and the only one I've seen
since October when I saw one at home). It was raining on and off and then just
ON so I cut my walk short but most of the birds were seen actively feeding in
the rain.
