If people enjoy watching waterfowl, they should thank everyone who buys a duck stamp or hunting license. It takes money to manage and provide habitat (wetlands) for migrant waterfowl. I buy a combo hunting/fishing license with trout( 46 dollars.) Otherwise there would be no trout to catch! Just my 2 cents worth.
