Just dawned on me I haven't seen "my" resident towhees in a while. I
recently switched to 100% black oil sunflower seeds, having been told that
would discourage the black birds. I haven't seen the blackbirds deterred,
but now no towhees. Do they not care for sunflower seeds? Anyone else
trying exclusively black oil sunflowers and have you found that it
discourages some wile encouraging others?
