I spent today being blown around Ky Lake - not many boaters out this Sunday!
At Pace Point, there are still a number of wintering A White Pelicans on the Tn
River side, and there are lots of Red-breasted Mergansers cruising around with
them. I had no luck with any uncommon gulls, loons, or grebes. At Britton
Ford, all 5 species of Geese were present in the most northern bay, with at
least 30 G White-fronts, and many Ross's and Cacklings with several hundred
Snows. The only other sighting of note was a Forster's Tern at the Paris
Landing Gull Island.
