[TN-Bird] st flycatcher in rutherford county

The pair of ST Flycatchers on Florence Road are still present despite an 
apparent failure of nesting.  Both birds were present on the wires today beside 
the house at 2403, and at least one has been seen each visit over the past few 
weeks.  This is between the overpasses for I-24 and Tn 840.  There are also E 
Collared Doves in the area.
