[TN-Bird] snowy egret in putnam county

In the wake of the rainy system that came through yesterday (March 19),
I checked the lake at Cane Creek Park in the afternoon to see what might
have been brought in and found a Snowy Egret, the earliest among 5
spring records I have for Putnam County and also the earliest I have for
the Upper Cumberland Region.
