TN-Birders,
Since more people will be traveling this spring to locations where
email may not be available, I would like to remind everyone of the
"Vacation" option on TN-Birds. This setting will suspend email to your
email account subscribed to TN-Birds.
1. Go to www.freelists.org.
2. Login using your email address and tn-bird password. If you have not
set up a password, enter your email address and leave the password field
blank. Follow the instructions on the email you will receive after clicking
login.
3. Highlight "tn-bird" on the Lists menu. Click on the "Select" button.
4. The next screen is specific to tn-bird and shows available commands.
Click the "Change Settings" button.
5. The next screen shows the flags set for your tn-bird account. Find the
"Vacation" flag and click the box to activate the vacation rule.
On the same page is a link to flag documentation that will explain all
settings.
Be sure and reset your vacation button when you return from your trips.
Let's go birding......
