[TN-Bird] scissortail flycatcher in Jackson

Driving down the back road of the experiment station at the address listed
above (Madison County) early this afternoon, saw a scissortail flycatcher
on the power lines. Tail wasn't long, so female or young? Breast was nice
peachy color. I've seen them before in Arkansas and Texas, so I'm sure of
the I.D. but wondered if this were late for it to be here? This was a nice
birthday present for me..
