[TN-Bird] possible Fish Crow in Knoxville

Earlier this week, Ed Manous called me to report that he had seen and heard
what he was certain was a Fish Crow while boating on the Tennessee River in
Knoxville. It was near the Lyons Bend area where the Sage Thrasher was seen a
couple years ago. I haven't had a chance to join him to try to re-find the
bird.
