Butch,
Without a photo or corroborating observers, you will
find it hard to get anyone to believe your record. Red
Phalaropes usually arrive later than either of the other
two phalaropes.
We did not see a REPH last Sept. Not sure what
you are thinking of.
Already promised my spare CBC issue to another,
earlier requester. Sorry.
