[TN-Bird] modest fallout

The cold front passage brought some light rain to the region,
causing a modest fallout of waterbirds in the area.

Gadwall - 7
Am. Wigeon - 5
Blue-wg. Teal - 138
Lsr. Scaup - 4
Great Egret - 1
Bald Eagle - 2 ad.   (present for a few weeks)
Am. Coot - 2
Sanderling - 1
Dunlin - 68  --  new high count in NE Tenn; more than 4x   previous high
Forster's Tern - 2

N. Shoveler - 8
Green-wg. Teal - 6
Am. Coot - 10
Wilson's Snipe - 1

Orange-cr. Warbler - 2   (good numbers of these this fall)
