[TN-Bird] is it too early for broad-winged hawks?

This afternoon I saw a buteo fly over my backyard in West Hills
(Knoxville). I didn't get more than 2 seconds to look at it, but it
made the same teee-wheee call as on my "Birding by Ear" CD. I didn't
see any field marks inconsistent with a broad-winged hawk, but I
didn't get a great long look, either.

I did get some great views of a pair of Tufted Titmice (Titmouses?).
They actually sat fairly still for once. I'm hoping they're
considering my tree for their nest.
