[TN-Bird] flight of the turkeys

Yesterday, Feb 26, I drove into Memphis from my home in nw Shelby County.  I 
was proceeding south on Watkins Blvd, approaching the bridge over the 
Loosahatchie River when I noticed some large birds flying across the road, from 
the west to the east.  As I crossed the bridge, more and more birds rose from 
the bottomland on the west, flew across the road and settled into the trees on 
the east.  I realized that the birds were Wild Turkeys.  There were at least 
20, probably 25 birds in the rafter.  I have never previously seen that many 
Wild Turkeys in flight.

A Carolina Wren is bringing nesting material to the hanging basket outside my 
kitchen window.
