[TN-Bird] feral cats

Seeing the bird conservation alert made me think of this site.  While I have 
known about it for awhile, I thought some other readers might not be aware of 
it.  This group supports & assists with neutering & releasing (which I realize 
is still cats outdoors) & might be of interest to some folks with feral cat
