We sat out on the upper deck for about an hour this morning and saw our first
of season blue-gray gnatcatchers. There was a lot of movement, 100+
yellow-rumped warblers, 12 ruby-crowned kinglets, 6 golden-crowned kinglets, 2
brown creepers, and 40+ cedar waxwings. We have had kinglets and yellow-rumps
around all winter, but the numbers this morning are way up!
There is another flock of yellow-rumps moving through, so it is back out into
the cold!
