[TN-Bird] black snake defined

Birders,
  I apologize for any confusion about the term "black snake".  I meant Black 
Racer.  In the county I  am from-Cannon- we generally called a Black Racer a 
black snake.  Black Racers are from the genus Coluber and Rat Snakes are from 
the genus Elaphe.
