[tn-bird] birding and speeding

Seems like there may be a correlation here...

Maybe we could get some kind of special tag like the volunteer
firefighters...something that gives some leeway for the speeds apparently
necessary for successful birding...  maybe a label that read
*****EMERGENCY BIRDER******
