[TN-Bird] bird sightings in cumberland and roane counties last sat.

From 0800-1000 CDT with nine others (Betty Bright, Graham Kash,
Marty McKnight, Ted McKnight, John Owens, Carol Williams,
Don Williams, Catherine Walden, Winston Walden), I visited Black
Mountain,  Cumberland Co., TN, last Sat.  We had 4 singing
Chestnut-sided Warblers and 2 Blue-headed Vireos at this site,
now part of the Cumberland Trail State Park.  These were my

From 1115-1515 CDT on Sat., we visited the Kingston Steam
Plant, Roane Co., TN, and noted the following species, among
others:

Double-crested Cormorant 19 (17 in flocking headed NE)
Black-crowned Night-Heron 3 (photos)
Lesser Scaup 1 male
Ospreys 5+ (2 on nests)
Cooper's Hawk 1
Semipalmated Plover 1
Killdeer
Lesser Yellowlegs 22
Solitary Sandpiper 3
Pectoral Sandpiper 45
Cliff Swallow 10 (at nests)
Brown-headed Nuthatch (ad. feeding young in nest)
Yellow Warbler 1
Pine Warbler 1
Prairie Warbler 1
Palm Warbler 1
Summer Tanager 1
Savannah Sparrow 4
Grasshopper Sparrow 1
Blue Grosbeak 1
