[TN-Bird] another breeding sparrow

Another rare breeding sparrow that deserves some attention
is Vesper Sparrow. In addition to some high elevation
records at Roan Mt, Shady Valley and Cross Mt (Campbell Co.),
I have found Vesper Sparrows several times at much lower
elevations in farmland habitat in Claiborne Co during the
summer months.
