[TN-Bird] action by NE/ID bird record committees

TN birders,
Got a call from Mark Brogie, birding friend and member of the NE BRC. He
states that the ID record was rejected because they had good evidence that the
bird there was an escapee.
The NE committee has nothing finalized as of this point. They are leaning
toward counting the NE bird, because thus far, either all escapees have been
accounted for or were pinioned, and would be unable to fly for any great
distance. They are withholding final decision until all possibilities of
escapees have been eliminated.
