[TN-Bird] Yep, grackles are back

1 single C Grackle was found on the Knoxville CBC on 2 Jan 2005
in west Knox Co. near the Pellissippi State campus.  In the past
it was common to get tens of thousands of them on the Knoxville
CBC but now we do good to get any.

Last week, on Wed I think it was, I had 4 fly over at dusk 
as I left work, also near the Pellissippi campus.  These were
the first I had seen around Knoxville since the fall as well.

Then, last Friday, I spotted a flock of about 300 grackles
flying N-NW over Cedar Bluff Rd near I-40 in West Knoxville,
again about dusk.  Not far from Carole's yard as the grackle
flies.
