[TN-Bird] Yellow-billed Loon seen 2/27/03

Jeff Wilson called at about 4pm to say he saw the Yellow-billed Loon from the 
point at Pace Point.  He was finally able to get a picture before the Loon 
took off out of sight.  We will be in the area looking for it again Saturday.
