[TN-Bird] White-winged Scoter (South Holston Lake)

TN-Birders:

A White-winged Scoter was at Musick's Campground,
South Holston Lake in Sullivan Co. on Tuesday (1/28).
It was seen by the party of Reece Jamerson, Bryan Stevens,
Gilbert Derouen and Wallace Coffey.
