[TN-Bird] Whistling Duck Decoys

Nothing like putting out decoys to attract ducks. The clan of  Black-bellied 
Whistling Ducks is now moving in and out of TVA Lake,  usually mid morning and 
afternoon, and have attracted another adult  Black-bellied. Three adults and 
5 young were found this morning. Hopefully this  new addition will not pull 
the family south when it decides to leave........
