[TN-Bird] Whimbrel at Kingston Steam Plant

Sharon Bostic and Frank Bills found a Whimbrel at Kingston Steam Plant this
morning. At 12:30 p.m., the bird was resting quietly at the end of the ash
spit and should be around the remainder of the afternoon. Also present, 100
Least Sandpiperes, 6 Semipalmated Plovers, 1 Stilt Sandpiper, and 40
Dowitchers (SB?).
