You enter via Elkhorn Road, and there is an overlook just as you come
into the refuge.
FYI, I was there very briefly today and did not see the Eurasian Wigeon
or the Peregrine Falcon, although we did find a LeConte's Sparrow and a
few Greater White-fronted Geese.
