[TN-Bird] Waterbird Migration on the Tennessee River (Mega raft!) Hamilton County, TN

I did my waterbird survey of the Tennessee River from the Boathouse
Restaurant on Amnicola Highway to Booker T Washington State Park on Sat.
11/24. I wanted to get all the way to Wolftever Creek but ran across a
mega raft of waterbirds out in the middle of the channel at Booker T
Washington State Park.  I sorted through it for about an hour and never
got any further.  The raft contained the following:
 

12 Redhead

6   Canvasback (never a common species in Hamilton County)

40 Red-breasted Merganser (an excellent count for the county)

75 Lesser Scaup

3   Ruddy Duck

6   Gadwall

10 Mallard

2 Ring-necked Duck

151 Bufflehead

6 Common Goldeneye

76 Common Loon

160 Horned Grebe
