[TN-Bird] Upcoming - Knox Co Spring Count

There's still time to join if you would like to help out with
the Knox County Spring Count this Sunday (29 April). We have
several good territories still open or if you would like to
count birds in your backyard and neighborhood.

Some of the areas currently not covered include 3rd Creek Greenway,
the UT campus area, virtually all of northern Knox Co (Karns,
Powell, Halls, Raccoon Valley, etc.), and possibly Turkey Creek
and the lakeside parks on Northshore Dr. We could also use
some folks to go out before dawn and/or after dark to look for
owls, woodcock, and nightjars and check for Common Nighthawk at
places like West Town Mall and the UT Aquatic Center.

If interested, please contact me (kde@xxxxxxx, 865-660-9701).

Thanks,

Dean Edwards
Knoxville, TN
