[tn-bird] Trip to Cove Lake State Park

On Saturday 23 February 2002 ten individuals from the Knoxville TOS birded
Cove lake State Park.  A total of 49 species were recorded.  Those attending
included Nell More, Chris Welsh, Bill & Alison McNutt, Boyd Sharp, Alice and
Gary Woody, Madeline Hasset, Tony King and Harold Howell.  Birds found are
as follows:

Mallard - 10
Hooded Merganser - 2 male
Lesser Scaup - 1 male
Mute Swan - 1
Red-shouldered Hawk - 2

Turkey Vulture - 4
American Coot - 50+
Killdeer - 4
Ring-billed Gull - 1
Mourning Dove - 4
Rock Dove - 3
Belted Kingfisher - 1
Northern Flicker - 2
