[TN-Bird] Tri-colored heron, etc (4-25-09), Gallatin, TN

The tri-colored heron was yesterday (not 2/25).  Sorry about the mistake.
After striking out on scissor-tailed flycatcher in Murfreesboro I headed to
Gallatin Steam Plant.  Scanning the large pond by the cemetary off of Plant Rd
I noticed the white belly of an adult Tri-colored heron and got some photos.
Other species included:

There were a somewhat larger number of shorebirds present but not identifiable
(by me) due to distance, including 4 ?semipalmated sandpipers?.  More photos
later.
