[tn-bird] Tri colored Heron

The Tricolored Heron was still present in Black Bayou in Lake  Co Today. The 
water there is about gone. The Great Egret, Little Blues and Greats etc. and 
the shore birds will have to move on soon. They are enjoying a fish kill in one 
area and they have lavished on the crayfish. They will move on to the rice 
fields next.
