[tn-bird] Tri colored Heron

Was I surprised today as I drove through Black Bayou and there in the mud flat 
sat an immature Tricolored Heron.Had a great look and my camera was at home. 
Soon after ran into Ken Leggett as he was headed to Black Bayou to look for it. 
the Chattanooga group had reported finding one there and Jeff had called Ken. 
We refound the bird and it was there again this evening about 5:30 PM as I went 
 back to check on it.
