[TN-Bird] TOS field trip to Rankin Bottoms

As part of the TOS Fall Meeting (in Greeneville), a field trip to Rankin
Bottoms & Dutch Bottoms area of upper Douglas Lake produced the
following highlights:

Am. White Pelican - 1
Dbl-cr. Cormorant - 60+
Great Egret - 110+
Blk-cr. Night-Heron - 7+
Osprey - 1
Black-bellied Plover - 4
Willet - 1
Western Sandpiper - 1
Bonaparte's Gull - 1 (quite early)
Red-headed Woodpecker - 1
Tree Swallow - 2000+
N. Rough-wg. Swallow - 10
