Gentle Readers and Chuck,

If you have told others just recently about these records, what happened to
the many requests from TOS members that went long before and the open
question asked on TN-Bird a month ago?

Asking questions and getting answers from officers of TOS should not be
likened to the pulling of teeth. For 2 years responsible members of the TOS
Records Committee have been asking simple questions but not getting any
answers much less even a courteous excuse. It seems that the answers were
possibly readily available (maybe not) but withheld for some unknown reason.

Now for the other half of the question which failed to show up in your reply.
This was the main point of the request in the first place and as an officer
and curator of TOS you should not be reluctant to answer. What about access?
Are these records open to any and everyone at anytime? Hopefully not. Who
supervises such access? Are there specific times for such access? etc.

I'm sure other gentle souls would like to know.

Thanks for the reply,
