Chuck,
Thanks for finally replying. That was the general information that I was
looking for. You state that you have told some people recently, but I
assure you
that I was not one of those. So my question again, to which I have been
trying to get an answer from you for over a year, is how can one get access
to or get copies of specific files?
Would someone have to visit the special collections at UT to get copies? I
have had several requests from several different birders (some out of state)
wanting copies of specific bird records. How do they go about getting
those?
Why it is so hard to get an answer to a seemingly simple question?
Mark Greene
