[TN-Bird] TN-birds-RFI-barn owl box plans

TN birders,
Does anyone have plans for a barn owl box to hang in a barn to encourage 
nesting?

I have a friend in McMinn Co with a barn that is open for storage of hay 
where he would like to encourage barn owls to nest and rear young.  He is very 
wildlife oriented but not a birder.  We could use a few more of these guys 
around 
to help with the mousing!
