[TN-Bird] TN-Birds in public domain

TN-Birders:

The FreeList server that hosts the TN-Birds net is a free service to all of
us.  Just to make sure that everyone is on the same page and there are no
surprises,  please understand that  everything  which  traverses the
TN-Birds Net FreeLists mailing list is public domain.  The service is
provided to TN-Birds free by FreeLists so it can be put it on the internet
for all to benefit from.  This means all internet users who wish to access
the archives.  TN-Birds does reserve the rights to approve who is subscribed
and allowed to post as well as to control certain aspects of subcriber
behavior and content.
