[TN-Bird] Status of the Birds of Chattanooga list

I have updated the Status of the Birds of the Chattanooga Area list that
is kept in the Chattanooga TOS website on the Tennessee Ornithological
Society website.  Go to local chapters from the TOS website, then to the
Chattanooga site.

first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
