[TN-Bird] Standifer Gap Marsh, Virginia Rail

Everyone on this list must be tired of hearing about the Virginia Rails at the 
marsh,  but today there were at least 11 of them, and I started late and 
skipped quite a bit of suitable habitat...  only 2 or 3 Soras.
