[TN-Bird] Standifer Gap Marsh, Orange-crowned Warbler

Standifer Gap Marsh, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, TN
Jan 22, 2006 9:00 AM - Noon North side along gravel road
Virginia Rail: 6 Sora: 1 (Rails more abundant on south side)
Phoebe: 1 Wrens: none except Carolina
Ruby-crowned Kinglet: 3
Orange-crowned Warbler: 1 to possibly 2 or 3; if it's 1 it is one fast bird.
Very dependable on south side of gravel road so far this month.
Purple Finch: 1 male, the first Purple I have seen at the marsh
Brown-headed Cowbird: 10 - 20 in flock of 100+ Starlings
