[TN-Bird] Spam Issue for TN-Birds Net

Sandy Perry is a legitimate subscriber to TN-Birds and lives at
Oak Ridge, TN.  Sandy has posted to this list more than 30 times
without incident.  However,  Sandy's email address has become
the source of a problem with this spam.  Sandy's subscription
has been set to moderation for TN-Birds Net to keep down further
problems from that address.  This does not mean that legitimate
posts to TN-Birds Net by Sandy will not get to the list efficiently.
The spam post to TN-Birds Net is one of less than a half dozen
ever in the history of the list.  We hope the incident frequency
remains low but there is nothing that can be done to keep these
problems airtight from our list.

first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
You are also required to list the COUNTY in which the birds
you report were seen.  The actual DATE OF OBSERVATION should
appear in the first paragraph.
