[TN-Bird] Snowy again - thanks

I got to swing by and see the owl again.  He was 150 yards away next to a 
not-particularly-photogenic plastic bag.  Thanks to the folks who let me look 
through their scopes.  Everybody keep safe and well off the road.  I'd hate for 
somebody to get hurt, now.
