[TN-Bird] Smokies sightings and Radnor Lake

Hello all

I was in the Smoky Mountains last weekend and saw following birds, all
of them are life birds for me.

Cades cove: 4 Eastern Meadowlarks
Clingman's Dome: 2 Dark Eyed Juncos

Also, this evening (April 25, 5:30pm) at Radnor lake, I noticed several
birds from a species I could not identify. The closest that came to
what I had seen was Dickcissel. All sighted birds had orange shoulders,
white throat, distinct dark gray/white streaked pattern on the back and
a white line underneath the eye. Does anyone know what bird this is?

Thanks
Vikram
