[TN-Bird] Smokies Birding Help

I am planning a trip down to the Smokies in the near future and will be
camping in Cades Cove.  It has been ten or twelve years since I've been
down there.  I was hoping someone could give me some tips about which
areas/trails/times are best for birding there.  Anything I definitely
should avoid or make sure I don't miss?  Thank you and good birding.
