TN-Birders:
About 5 years ago a Chattanooga TOS member (I think it was John Henderson)
said he had a collection of bird slides and 8mm films that had been taken by
another TOS member (whose name escapes me at the moment) back in the 1940's
and 1950's. The CTOS member needed to make room at his house and was looking
for someone to store the slides and films, and I agreed to do so. Well, now
I am in the same situation. There are hundreds of slides and probably a
dozen reels of film, along with a film projector. If someone has the
motivation/equipment/money to digitize all of it, it might make a nice
collection to post on the internet. If you are interested taking the
collection off my hands, please let me know.
