Sightings report 27 March 2007 Memphis Shelby County
Location:     TN, Traffic Signal Compound Memphis

Observation date:     3/27/07,945-1015am

Notes:     Walked the shop compound today during break. The sounds of spring
(along with the ever present pollen) are in the air. Two weeks ago the
Purple Martins flew in checking out the accomodations that are still up.
Finally had to take down the House over the garage before it fell down with
the next strong wind. Trying to find suitable materials to "fix" up this
fixer-upper. It's still amazes me what a few old growth trees will do for an
urban landscape in bringing birds to downtown.
