[TN-Bird] Short-eared Owl in Lake Co. Tn.

Cruised for Short-eared at dusk/dark and flushed one  out of the ditch on the 
road North of Tiptonville that cuts over to the Cates landing area and only 
"hill" in the area. I flushed it again after I turned around and went back in 
the direction it had flown. There was a Barred owl sitting on a pole on 78 just 
before I turned off the hwy.
