[TN-Bird] Screech Owls at Harpeth River Greenway

Sunday morning I walked the Harpeth River Greenway, next to the Harpeth
River in Bellevue on the SW side of Davidson Co. In past years I've seen
several different types of shorebirds at the small lake next to the
river.  This August however, there has been an excess of rain, making
for a high water level and resulting in a lack of mud for shorebirds.
The Harpeth is the river that caused the vast majority the flood
damage in the Bellevue area at the beginning of May.  In fact about
the first 0.75 miles of the greenway walk was under water at that time.

On my Sunday walk there was extensive fog, making it a very gray
morning, but my spirits lifted when I heard one EASTERN SCREECH
OWL call as I walked past the 0.75 mile marker, and then perhaps 0.3-0.4
miles further along the walk, to my amazement I heard a second one
calling.  The first one was calling from an area where I have heard
it on and off for the past 6 months but the second one was new.
