These Wind Birds birds are amazing when it comes to dates. I believe there
are only 3 records for Snowy Plover in TN, two in the fall and one bird found
in the spring by Glen Criswell in Dyer Co. I was fortunate enough to
photograph one. The DATE MARCH 27, 1992!
Looks like Kenny's bird in AR is right on TIME.
